Installation Instructions
Step One
Remove the eartips from your wired earbuds.
Step Two
Angle the Comply eartip and insert it over the soundport. Firmly press down until tip fits securely on the device. Ensure the tip is secure before use.
Step Three
Roll the tip between your fingers into a thin, round cylinder.
Step Four
Gently insert the entire eartip into your ear and hold it in for 10-15 seconds.

Despite being in Australia and warned of delivery maybe being 45 days, my tips arrived in less than 14 days. Great service! The tips fitted my Nuheara buds perfectly, and my ears too! As these are foam tips they are easy to wear and they stay in the ear while I'm walking our dog. #Nuheara #Comply
CanadaOver Priced
You could have simply sent it by mail. Instead I get a custom bill and a UPS bill for $20 Cdn for a very small package. Your only delivery option cost me a large unnecessary bill instead of a $5 cdn charge.

The small size that came with the IQbuds2MAX worked best but did not last. I ordered the small size if Comply tips. These were smaller than the originals and did not seal well for long. Made use of the exact fit guarantee and they sent the medium size out at no cost. They work perfectly and do not put excess pressure in the ear when they expand. The only reason for not putting 5 stars was that my original email, for the size change, had all the details in it however the first response was just a generic email which did not apply to my info/requests.
